Qiong Tong Bao Jian / COLLECTION 1
Collection One: edition first seasonal reading
Separate printed Wang from catalogued Gang, responsibility fields and commentary-edition records, then read seasonal month labels, strength qualifications, priority wording and local exceptions; modern calendar documentation remains distinct from historical excerpts.
Four complete original readings separate the Waseda print’s Lanjiang wang from the catalogue’s Lanjiang gang, printed duties, preface self-report and a 1955 commentary-edition record, then examine month-season language, strength qualifications, priorities and exceptions. This witness’s printing year remains unknown. Modern catalogue records are not ancient body text, and Hong Kong Observatory documentation explains modern solar-term conventions without validating historical prediction. No modern commercial commentary text or complete birth chart is supplied; selected-passage reading is not full-book transcription or collation.
- READING 01
Distinguishing Lanjiang titles, the old print and commentary editions
Separate witnessed titles, printed duties, preface self-report, sampled organization and the 1955 commentary catalogue; keep the printed Wang/catalogued Gang distinction.
- READING 02
Connecting the book’s month labels with seasonal language and calendars
Read actual first/twelfth-month and seasonal labels before separately stating modern astronomical, calendar and time-standard conventions.
- READING 03
Why cold, warmth, dryness and dampness differ from strength
Read the spring-Jia paragraph’s repeated flourishing and Geng qualification separately from late-spring thirst and Water support, without a score.
- READING 04
Reading first, next and exceptions as complete conditions
Compare real third/fifth/sixth-month Jia orders, Metal-formation Ding exceptions and missing-Gui branches while retaining cycle qualifications.
